Very helpful staff. Very good location, 20 to 30 mins walk to ticket office and also close to lake. The restaurant was good.
We had a room with balcony overlooking castle but the castle was a long way off and hidden behind trees. The balcony overlooked the resturant so it wasnt very private.

The restaurant is excellent and we had a pretty good view of the castle. The bathroom was generous and overall was convenient location.
Internet was only available in reception.

There's nothing to complain about, had a very very good stay on our driving holiday round Europe. Everything was excellent, including excellent staff and stunning location in a calm area. Location: the hotel was not far from the Forggensee and the Alps and the Neuschwanstein and Schwangau castles. Also, it was 1 mile from Theresienbruecke Bridge. We liked sitting in the restaurant for dinner.

We loved the beautiful room with an amazing view of Neuschwanstein Castle and surrounding countryside. We loved the Wellbeing Room which was free of charge and made good use of it. The staff were extremely lovely and very helpful and the decor was simply beautiful!

Efficient and excellent staff. Very impressed with apartment. Hypoallergenic pillows and good bed. Absolutely perfect location by mountains. Marvellous breakfast.

possibility to use the sauna and the infraredcabin for free: very relaxing. The hotel was also very clean and the crew was friendly. Beautiful view on bavarian alps.
The single room was small and the sound insulation was not very good: you hear the TV of the next room.

Restaurant staff was not quite helpful when asking for translation of a German kids menu into English, though I understood they were busy. Better to provide Englihs kids menu to solve such problem. Besides, it was too hot in the restaurant as no air-con was on. Also, no air-con in the rooms. So, not sure how hot it will be during summer peak. But still not bad in hardware in general.
